Humans aren’t meant to be alone all the time; connecting as part of a meaningful community is important for our mental and emotional well-being. If you have been experiencing the challenges of separation and isolation from the last several years, and are yearning to reconnect with others on a deeper level, then this retreat is for you.
Last year’s event was magical. We laughed, we played, we danced and explored. Most importantly we connected in such a joyful way. The beautiful thing about Nia is that no experience is required. Each of us brings our unique self to enrich our community.

The weekend begins on Friday at 4:30 pm at Dancing Dragons Studio in Boise and ends on Sunday at 11:00 am. The retreat includes movement sessions, optional indoor and outdoor group activities, community dinners, a few surprises and lot’s of fun!

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds
Workshop cancellations required a 48 hour email notice before the workshop takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. Any cancellation refund will be credited to your Just Move account (can be used toward any purchase). No cash refund.

Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable.
Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Just Move account if you choose.
