As a mother of four I understand the challenge of incorporating fitness into a busy lifestyle. My goal is for Just Move Fitness to be a safe and welcoming environment for everybody and be a place where you look forward to visiting. The experience of each member, whether you are a fitness expert or just beginning a health journey is important to me. I have found incredible meaning in the daily work of running Just Move Fitness through my connections and friendships I have formed with our members and my neighbors in the community.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY
As a small-town gym owner and online coach, I specialize in strength training and promoting seasonal eating habits. My approach emphasizes simple, sustainable methods to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I believe in the synergy between fitness and gardening, viewing both as nurturing practices that cultivate growth. I am currently building a backyard greenhouse, reflecting my commitment to holistic well-being. My philosophy centers on lifting heavy, cooking well, and embracing the controlled chaos of a healthy lifestyle.
