Total Body Sculpting

This class offers workouts that include weight training, body weight routines, plyometrics, etc. This class will offer a different emphasis and focus each time while enhancing the skills of speed, agility, and core strength using Escape fitness equipment.

Some of our equipment includes: The all-new Escape Fitness TIYR that maintains the rawness of flipping tractor tyres but delivers all the original fitness challenges. Precision built using recycled foam, our TIYR has none of the disadvantages associated with using dirty scrap tyres.

The Escape Fitness PlyoSoft® Boxes have variable heights which are perfect for developing strength and explosiveness. They can be used as a set of three or individually, helping you to progress and regress plyometric jumps and step-up exercises.

Elementary Kids Dance

These classes offer the perfect environment for your child’s dance experience. A low teacher/child ratio insures a nurturing and supportive avenue for learning and experiencing all things dance! Beginner dance lessons introduce the fundamentals of ballet, jazz, and hip hop. The main goal of teaching students in the beginner levels is to instill a foundation of dance that is both positive and enjoyable. Children's classes require advance registration. Pre-registration is required and availability is limited. Please contact McKenzie Davie at thebikeryeugene@gmail.com to reserve a spot for your child.

Kickbox Boot Camp

This class combines cardio and martial arts and involves a fun and energetic cardio kickboxing workout for beginners to masters designed to appropriately and safely challenge participants at their own level of capability. Cardio kickboxing is a popular fitness regimen that often replaces aerobics and indoor exercise equipment workouts. A form of kickboxing called Tae-Bo and other martial arts-inspired forms of exercise make up cardio kickboxing and is a total-body workout with a plethora of benefits.

Melt Method

MELT is a self-care treatment technique that is designed to reduce pain and inflammation in the body and increase balance and stability. This all-levels class will use specialized soft body rollers and small Melt Hand and Foot balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Relieve inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and learn how to keep your whole body working better.

To attend group class, participants must be comfortable enough to get on and off the floor and roller, and must be able to lie on the floor on their backs for short periods of time. If pain makes it too difficult, then a private session with modifications is a better option.

Nia

Nia is a fun, non-impact, high-energy movement form that conditions the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With moves and music to inspire joy, the choreography draws from a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Our instructors bring their whole heart and playful spirits to each Nia class. Nia will make you sweat, make you laugh, and make you feel something. Students leave feelings connected and empowered with a greater sense of mind, body, and spirit.

Nia Moving to Heal

Enjoy soft music and easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Personalize the movement to fit your body's way, while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness, regardless of current physical/medical condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness and mobility limitations as well as individuals with short-term personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Beginners are welcome.
