Nia with Weights, with Nia Black Belt Trainer Siere Munro, is a fun and playful enhancement to the Classic Nia workout. Dancing while holding light 1-3 pound weights increases awareness of physical body sensation during movement, throughout the core and upper extremities. Siere coaches participants to dance from the heart while training to move within the body's natural design. The 60 minute class will be followed by a 30 minute introduction to Moving to Heal.
