  • Whether you're new to yoga or not, this class is designed to meet your current abilities. Explore basic yoga poses and how you can make them work for you. Beginning yoga offers both modifications and opportunities to challenge yourself, as well as safety awareness and proper alignment. All participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and take rest when needed. Techniques are drawn from Hatha, Bandha and Iyengar (including restorative) yoga traditions.

  • This class offers workouts that include weight training, body weight routines, plyometrics, etc. This class will offer a different emphasis and focus each time while enhancing the skills of speed, agility, and core strength using Escape fitness equipment. In the workshops we use the Escape Fitness TIYR and the Escape Fitness PlyoSoft® Boxes along with a variety of other equipment and excercises to offer a full body workout.

  • Fun, non-impact, high-energy movement form conditions the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With moves and music to inspire joy, the choreography draws from a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts.


  • NIA MOVING TO HEAL

    Enjoy soft music and easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Personalize the movement to fit your body's way, while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness, regardless of current physical/medical condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness and mobility limitations as well as individuals with short-term personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Beginners are welcome.

  • Vinyasa Flow consists of smooth movements that connect one sustained posture to the next. Movement with safety awareness, proper alignment and breath are taught as foundational tools in every sequence. Each class will move at the pace of its participants. Whether your practice is just beginning, or a little further along, this class is designed to meet you wherever you need to be met. Techniques are drawn from Hatha, Iyengar, Bandha and Restorative yoga traditions.
